I want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why I have a 14-day return policy. You've got two weeks from the time you receive your item to decide, you only pay for what you love!
To qualify for a return, just make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it – unused and with all parts. If you need to start a return, reach out to me at email@example.com. Keep in mind that returns should be sent to Christchurch, New Zealand.
If there are any damages or issues with your order, please let me know right away. I'll work with the shipper to sort things out and make it right. It would be super helpful if you could include a clear photo of any damage.
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns on sale items, but I'm here to help in any other way I can.
Looking for an exchange? The quickest way is to return the item you have, and once that's accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For my friends in the European Union, you have a 3-day cooling-off period. If you're not happy with your order, you can cancel or return it within three days – no questions asked. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Once I receive and check your return, I'll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you can expect a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
