Quick summary on the new tariffs to the US from Australia - My original artworks are exempt from tariffs and my other products like canopies will be sent via a method where there will be no tariffs to pay. Changes to Stella Murals in 2025
It's been a massively busy and successful 14 years of painting at Stella Murals, thank you all so much! I've loved painting art for you all! Since 2011 I've painted thousands of Moons, comets and millions of stars and now for creative reasons it's time transition to new format art. The new art will come under another name and another website. But there will always still be stars.... :) I'll continue to make some Stella Murals products but this November is the last month things stay the same. This has been our very loved home for the last 9 years, I loved it from the moment we saw it and always will. It's a Fraemohs house built in the style of a warm Swedish log cabin. It is a completely wooden house with huge vaulted ceilings upstairs. It was built 30 years ago but liquid pine sap still seeps from knotholes in the walls and smells strongly of pine. New White Ceiling Canopies ~ Glitter Stars for the Daytime
I started painting glow in the dark star ceiling canopies many years ago now! The first was painted for an oasis in the Arizona desert. The new canopies are white tulle, light as a feather and adorned with golden glitter stars for the day. The best glow in the dark stars to use when making a realistic night sky must be tiny, bright, long glowing and multi-coloured. Tiny stars are essential! Large glow in the dark star dots and especially the old 5 pointed star shapes will not make a realistic night sky.
