UV Lights are not needed. Use a bright light before bed time or use natural sunlight during the day. Dark rooms or basement rooms will need a bright light to charge the stars, a lamp directed at the decal will provide an extra boost.

Best for smooth white surfaces. Damage free and able to be repositioned many times over.
